Our approach
We collect the minimum we need to send you a parcel and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. When you browse the site we collect standard technical information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, through cookies and analytics. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner on their own secure systems.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to send you order and shipping updates, to answer support queries, to improve the website, and, only if you have opted in, to send you occasional offers by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties who need it to fulfil your order: our courier partner (name, address, phone), our payment gateway (transaction details), and our email and analytics providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for eight years, as required under Indian tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for three years.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to [email protected].
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer can be reached at [email protected], or by post at Shop No. 11, Mannat CHS, Sector 2, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
