This website is operated by AL AZIZ PERFUMES, Shop No. 11, Mannat CHS, Sector 2, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AL AZIZ PERFUMES, and “you” refers to anyone using this website.
2. Accepting these terms
By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
4. Products and descriptions
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can, and photograph them honestly. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and scent is subjective, a fragrance description is our best attempt to convey an experience, not a guarantee of how it will smell on your skin.
5. Our fragrances are original interpretations
AL AZIZ fragrances are independent, original compositions created by our own perfumers. They are not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or connected to any other fragrance house or designer brand. Any third-party trade marks that may be referred to anywhere remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. All orders are strictly prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway and we never see or store your card details.
7. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, in which case we refund you in full, where a product is out of stock, a price or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
8. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
9. Safe use
Our fragrances are for external use on skin. Do not spray into eyes or onto broken skin, keep away from open flame, and keep out of reach of children. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, photographs, artwork, the AL AZIZ name and logo, belongs to AL AZIZ PERFUMES and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
