We ship across India from our store counter. Every order is prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
What delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders of ₹799 and above, which covers every 60 ml bottle in the range and both bundle sets. On orders below ₹799, in practice, the ₹699 Discovery Set on its own, delivery is a flat ₹49. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and there is nothing added after that: no handling fee, no fuel surcharge, no packaging charge.
When your order leaves us
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment clearing. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday are picked up on Monday morning.
Each bottle is filled and checked by hand before it is packed, which is why we say two working days rather than same-day. We would rather it left correct than left fast.
How long it takes to reach you
Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery usually takes two to four working days for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, three to six working days for the rest of Maharashtra and the major metros, and five to eight working days for smaller towns and the north-east. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, weather, festivals and local disruptions can add a day or two.
Tracking your parcel
You will get a courier tracking link on WhatsApp on the number you gave at checkout, as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also look your order up yourself at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You do not need an account.
If the address is wrong
Tell us as quickly as you can. Before dispatch we can change the address without any trouble. After dispatch we have to wait for the parcel to come back to us, and we will then reship it, the reshipping charge is on us the first time.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Glass travels badly and occasionally something goes wrong. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before you open it if you can. Then message us within 48 hours of delivery with the photographs and your order number and we will replace it. Our full terms are on the refund and returns page.
Where we do not ship
We currently ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally yet.
